Girl Guides Celebrate 100 years

2010 marks 100 years of Girl Guides of Canada! This is a dynamic and vibrant organization focused on girls. They introduce renewed Promise that will take these young women into the next century, with the goal to inspire girl greatness! They bring to life the principles, beliefs and values of Girl Guides of Canada, by fully welcoming all current and future members and affirming the power of the individual to make a difference in the world. The Milton Girl Guides gathered together at St. Paul's Church on Main St. in downtown Milton to enjoy an evening of singing and celebration. There were over 200 members on hand, ranging from 5 to adult! What a wonderful event, SNAP was thrilled to be invited to join in!
